We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely delighted with your Lumera Rituals purchase, we're here to help.

Unopened boxes in their original packaging may be returned for a full refund. For opened products, we offer store credit or an exchange for a different scent variant.

To initiate a return, please email hello@lumerarituals.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for US customers.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
